RETAIL SALES. We do not have a retail shop or premises which can be visited - simply our large warehouse. This enables us to keep prices more than competitive and ship goods to your door. Delivery is free within Australia for all orders in excess of $99 and $20 for orders under $99. Once received your order will be automatically processed and dispatched. Please note the following exceptions where we have to add freight - Far North Qld; Tasmania; Northern Territory and some distant rural areas or where your order is less than $99. In these cases the actual delivery cost will be added to your order prior to dispatch. Overseas orders have delivery charges calculated at cost and will be advised by email, please note all prices shown on this site are in Australian Dollars. All items displayed on the website are in stock, unles otherwise indicated ie. Due April, and dispatch is within 2-3 working days. If you have specific instructions, ie. "If no one home leave round back", please indicate this in the comments box. Our freight company will only deliver ONCE, after that you will need to collect from their depot.
